Enable SPECTRE, HSPICE , POWERSPICE, VERILOG-A Models for Leading Design Environments Enable IBM Server & High-Speed-Serial Group and other Leading Customers to Design in IBM Technology Test Chip Design
Automated Test Chip Layout for Model Build Test Circuits and Vehicles for Model Verification Integrate and Test Integrate Model into IBM Design Kits Compact Model Testing Compact Modeling Engineer: Develop compact models for CMOS, mixed signal and radio frequency technologies. Device measurements, data analysis, parameter extraction for modeling HBT, MOSFET, resistors, capacitors, diode and inductors TestsiteDesign/Layout Engineer:Develop layout practices and tools for best-of-breed test structures circuits for compact model build and verification.
Release Engineer:Develop and support software infrastructure required to integrate, test and release error-free compact models.

Electrical Engineering or Computer Science (BS, MS, Ph.D.) Material Science, Physics (MS, Ph.D.)
Knowledge of BSIM, UTMOST and/or IC-CAP MOSFET parameter Extraction Knowledge of spice/Spectreand/or PowerSpice Basic understanding of semiconductor device physics and operation Cadence Design systems and tool for programming, layout and simulation Software Skills –C, Java, Scripting and/or other automation languages
