How to apply:
1. Applications should be on foolscap paper neatly typed or hand-written in CAPITAL LETTERS and in the prescribed format only.2.(i) Attach Crossed Bank Draft for Rs.500/-- Drawn in favour of ‘THE ORIENTAL INSURANCE COMPANY LTD’ payable at NEW DELHI issued from any Nationalized/Scheduled Bank . (No examination fee for permanent employees of OIC, and SC/ST candidates/ PH candidates). Candidate should write their Name, Address, Group and Code No. on the reverse of the Demand Draft. (ii) Self-addressed Rs.6/- postage paid post card for acknowledgement of application (iii) Self-addressed envelope of 23 cms x 12 cms i.e. 9½" x 5" size with stamp of Rs.5/-.3.(i). Enclose attested copies of the (i) SSLC Certificate showing Date of Birth, (ii) Degree Certificate and Mark Sheet, (iii) Certificate regarding prescribed professional training, (iv) Disability Certificate wherever applicable (v) Ex-Servicemen Release Order wherever applicable.3.(ii). Enclose the attested copy of Caste Certificate for SC/ ST/ OBC and Non-Creamy Layer certificate only in the case of OBC.4. Candidates serving in Govt./Quasi Govt. / Public Sector Undertakings will have to forward an ADVANCE COPY in case their original applications are required to be routed through proper channel.5.
