Department Description
Patent Operations Group within the Law Department. Responsible for procuring and maintaining patents for the Corporation.

Scope of Responsibilities/Expectations
The Patent Engineer Intern will be required to draft patent specifications and reply to patent office actions to protect inventions mainly in the fields of communications and electronics engineering.

Specific Knowledge/Skills Broad engineering background with experience in two or more of the following disciplines: digital signal processing, analogue electronics, digital electronics, RF circuit design, computer engineering, and networking. Able to comprehend complex concepts, employ logical thinking and thrive in a multidisciplinary team environment. Ability to consistently maintain focus and drive. Qualification :The prescribed qualifications with minimum 65% marks in respect of Engineering disciplines and 60% in respect of HR discipline for GEN/OBC candidates and pass class for SC/ST/PH candidates in concerned qualifying Degree examination (Full Time Regular Course), from recognized Indian University / Institute. For BOEs. the requirement of minimum 65% marks in qualifying Engineering Degree Examination is not applicable.
